The panel has 4 main parts: 1. Top Finish; 2. Top Steel Plate; 3. Cement Core; 4. Bottom Stretched steel sheet

Top plate and bottom sheet are welded by auto-matic spot welding. After enviromental-friendly wear resistance epoxy coating, the panel is then filled with foamed cement.

FOBO ESD600 panel has unique redesigned structure, it makes the panel 20% stronger than those old ones.

1. Wider bottom edge. (Width: 30mm, old one: 23mm) It makes the edge stronger.

2. Reinforcement rib in 4 bottom edges.

3. 3 Vertical and 3 horizontal reinforcement ribs help to make the bottom structure more stable and stronger.
